The Effort
We started by mapping the entire journey. This wasn’t just a website it was a tool demo, onboarding flow, and explainer all rolled into one. Before writing code, we wireframed a flow that got users from curiosity to clarity fast.
Our UI was intentionally minimal. Clean layout, large tap targets, simple icons optimized for mobile from the ground up. We knew most users would land via mobile and make snap decisions, so load speed and clarity were non-negotiable.
Copy was our silent salesman. Every word was chosen to turn skepticism into understanding and drive action without fluff. We didn’t explain we showed.
The Challenge
Gablab wasn’t just launching a product it was introducing a brand-new user behavior: text-based review collection. That meant every second counted.
The biggest risk? Confusion. If users didn’t instantly get the "aha" moment, they’d bounce. And because this tool worked across industries from plumbers to dentists to D2C brands — it had to feel universal and obvious.
